Who are we?

We hold social events for people from the South Knighton area on the first Saturday of each month at Holbrook Memorial Hall, Holbrook Road, Leicester.

 

We welcome people of all ages, from all walks of life.

 

Our tenth anniversary is in 2017. Events include wine tastings, live music, quiz nights and themed evenings.

 

South Knighton Community Events is not affiliated to any faith, ethnic, political or other group.

Open Gardens with a focus on wildlife

1.00 pm to 4.00 pm

 

Come and visit a number of Knighton gardens that their owners have designed to help sustain a range of wildlife. Get ideas for your own garden and perhaps bring a few of your own ideas to share with others over a cup of tea and a nice piece of cake. This is a joint event between SKCE and Knighton Wild and money raised from the location map purchase and teas will be used to support local wildlife projects.
